Missing windsurfing now the weather's warm and windy...well almost warm

Boy do I miss windsurfing now the weather's warm and windy.

Contemplating having some titanium or high-tech medical grade plastics inserted into my anatomy to help get me back out on the water/surf/bike/golf course or whatever it allows.

Could be a while and no guarantees.
