May 30. A sublime filet of salmon, top-secret marinade, some par-boiled sweet potatoes and another marinade, smoke, grill and the dawg is drooling.
The Sweet Potatoes were done to perfection - almost crisp on the outside, sweet, smoky, tangy, and tender in the middle.
OK, he's sitting guard over his golf balls.
