65 degrees Fahrenheit (18ºC) at LaGuardia Airport today, Saturday, Feb. 19. Such fine weather is and astonishingly rare occurrence, as we are normally mired in the dog days of winter at this point in the calendar.

But lo, we have not one, but five 60 degree days forecast this week. Even more rare is that a warm winter day is not a rain-out affair. As you can see, it was fairly clear with just the right amount of cloudiness to add some moody gravitas.

For cyclists, it was one to check the tires, and hit the road. For runners it was shorts and long sleeves and long runs, hellos, and howdy!s were exchanged a plenty. And some cyclists even waved back. Enough said. Ride on, run on.
