The last of the not-so pain-free rides. In fact my neck was really on the fritz at this point, it had gotten bad midweek after a golf range session on about the 6th., but the ride was still doable, just uncomfortable, and probably not helping the cause...except that it was a great family ride with Marg and Gordo.

ReplyDeleteThat was the last ride of the year, more or less. The pain and stiffness and whatnot got too severe after that and I had to get to the Doctor, the Acupuncturist and the Neurologist.
I wish I'd kept a more detailed log of what as going wrong and when, as it is very hard to remember several months later, when trying to assess progress.
