Neurologist, Haggis, Physical Therapy, and MRI

Went to the neurologist on my day off, found we had a mutual appreciation for haggis; will be undergoing physical therapy, and have an MRI scheduled for Saturday. Doesn't feel like any windsurfing, surfing, road biking or golf in my future for a while -- the left arm/shoulder/neck/hand is still a mess of pinched cervical nerve pain.
