The Heat is Following Us Around I tell Ya! Bike Sweat Blur

Nothing like natural log-stacles on the trail. This one was easy,
as long as you rollod over it in the right spot!   

We left the US on 6/29 dripping with sweat as the heatwave hit.

Arrived in the UK only to find we'd brought the heat with us.  For that the English were grateful, as they had had their heating systems on — it had been such a cold spring and first half of summer.

However on our return we left both heat there, and brought more back here, scoring a double heatwave in each place.

Pick Up After Dog, Ya Hear!

Oh well, sooner or later you gotta come out of the A/C and ride. Perfect cold front dropped us out of the high 90s/100+humidity, to a balmy 86 and dry today.

Must ride!

Nothing fancy -- getting back in the saddle and taking on 3 cat 5 climbs in one day is an achievement for this fella. You hope you make it.

The ride was longer than it registered -- I scalloped a few of those climbs to ease the slope.

Loved it all the same.
